This site (“we,” or “us”) operates NetMortgage as a free educational resource. We are not a licensed tax advisor, financial institution, or registered business. See our About page for more context.

2. Information we collect

We currently collect no personal information. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. No inputs, outputs, or identifying data are transmitted to our servers.

• Standard server logs. Your web host (Vercel) may log basic request metadata (IP, timestamp, path) as part of normal infrastructure operation, subject to their own privacy policy. We do not access or use these logs.

3. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Since we do not collect or store personal data at this time, there is no user data at risk.

4. Changes

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
